Escaping the winter weather for a couple of weeks can become a very pleasant habit and we find ourselves in the fortunate position of being in good shape to undertake a further trip to sunnier climes. A return to South Africa was an easy decision to make for various reasons, but we will not be going over any ground that we have covered previously. The east coast city of Durban will be home for our entire stay and from there we should be well positioned to explore much of the entire province of KwaZulu-Natal.
On this occasion we will be flying with Ethiopian Airlines via Addis Ababa and Johannesburg as there are no direct flights to Durban from the UK. Our journey will begin on 29 January and end on 14 February.
